Central City Community Room

The Central City Community Room is available for rental for wedding receptions, family events, fundraisers or other general events.  The room is located in the east half of City Hall at 1515 17th Avenue.  Reservations are taken in the City Offices (308-946-3806).

The room features 3,500 square feet of space, 21 easy setup 6-foot tables, 10 round tables and approximately 210 chairs.

Other features include a PA system, a pull-down screen, a full kitchen and restrooms.

Alcohol is allowed in the room with proper supervision.  If alcohol is sold, a special liquor license must be obtained from the Nebraska Liquor Commission and approved by the City Council.

Rental rates are $75.00 per day, or $250 for wedding receptions.

A deposit of $100 is required, which will be applied to damages or cleaning costs, if necessary.  Wedding receptions require a $250 deposit.
